Shipping

Most of all the bean bag chairs we carry are in stock, so when you place an order with us your bean bag will ship within a few days.  There are times when we may be out of stock and this can delay the shipment up to 7 business days.

During The holiday season our turn around times are much faster. Please see our holiday shipping map during this time for full delivery details. (embroidery may delay the shipment by a few days.) It usually takes from 2-5 days to receive your shipment after that. All of our bean bag chairs ship from Missouri.

The bean bag chairs ship in cardboard boxes which assures the quality of your bean bag during transit.

Please inspect your bean bag furniture upon arrival for damage and report it immediately.

We only ship in the continental United States and do not ship to APO boxes.

We do offer rush and overnight shipping however the cost is substantial due to the size of our bean bags. Please call 1-888-550-1187 for a shipping quote.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada is not available.

When ordering your beanbag please include your email address. We will send you a email conformation of your bean bag chair order and we also send you a tracking number for the bean bag as soon as it ships out.

Please look at the product dimensions on each page a choose the chair that best fits your needs. It can cost a small fortune to ship these things back and fourth. It is also next to impossible to get your chair back into the box after it has expanded. 

Returns

If you do not like your bean bag chair, you can return it within 14 days of the date you receive the bean bag for a full refund. Simply call customer service and let them know you will be returning the chair.

Return the chair at your own cost with the shipping carrier of your choice.

Once the chair has arrived we will credit you the whole amount of the purchase less the initial cost to ship the chair to you.

After the 14 days their will be a 15% restocking fee and after 30 days no refunds will be given.

This does not apply to refill packs, or embroidered items, these are made to order and non-refundable.

If your bean bag chair arrives damaged, whether it be from the manufacturing or shipping problem, a replacement will be sent out to you immediately at no cost to you.

All of our bean bag chairs which are embroidered are non-refundable, and may take up to a week longer to process your bean bag. Refill packs and Leather chairs are non-refundable.
